Psychiatric evaluation (Initial Visit)
Online, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.
60 mins | $325
Psychiatric follow-up
Online, this time will be spent evaluating your response to psychotropic medication prescribed at your initial evaluation or a previous appointment. This does not include talk therapy.
30 mins | $200
Chelsa Everley Krech, PMHNP-BC is an in network provider with Optum (United Behavioral Health), Evernorth Behavioral Health (Cigna), and Wellmark (Blue Cross Blue Shield).
If you choose to use your commercial insurance plan, the rate is dictated by your insurance company. Prior to your first appointment, please consult your insurance to verify your eligibility and estimated costs. Insurance copayment or coinsurance is due at the time of service.
If you have an insurance plan that your provider is out of network with, Everley Psychiatric Group will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit your claims out of network, however full cash pay rates will be due at the time of service.
Office Fees & Insurance
For those with a high deductible health plan (HDHP), cost sharing plan or no insurance.
Not keeping your appointment will result in the full service fee.
Appointments not rescheduled 48 hours prior to your original appointment will incur a $100 fee.
